What is TED and TEDx ?
In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TED has created a program called TEDx. TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. Our event is called TEDx AGBSKochi, where x = independently organized TED event. At our TEDx AGBSKochi event, TED Talks video and live speakers will combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events, including ours, are self-organized.
TEDx AGBSKochi
An independently organized TEDx event hosted by Amity Global Business School in Kochi, Kerala, India. Since its inception in 2015, the event has served as a platform for sharing innovative ideas and fostering meaningful discussions on topics pertinent to Kerala and beyond. Past themes have included "Voice the Change" in 2015, focusing on groundbreaking ideas to reshape tomorrow's landscape, and "Igniting Conversations and Focusing Untold Stories" in 2024, addressing issues like flood control, wildlife management, and city planning. TEDxAGBSKochi continues to bring together diverse speakers and audiences, aiming to inspire and engage the community through thought-provoking talks and discussions
